• Comfrey Leaf
• Nettle
• Oat Straw
• Red Clover blossoms
• Peppermint
• Calendula
• Plantain Leaf

This tea comes in an eco friendly 2 oz bag of tea. This tea is also available in bulk.

Directions:

Use 2 heaping tablespoons of tea for every 12 oz of hot water. Allow to steep 15-20 min. Strain and drink.
