- Thyme Thymus vulgaris

- Wild Cherry Bark Prunus serotina

Directions:
- Steep 1 tbsp of herbs in 12 oz hot water for 15-20 minutes (or longer)
- Strain and drink
- Add honey for added benefits (not for children under the age of 1)
