Sitz Bath Tea, 20oz Tube (50g)

Organic Ingredients:

• Calendula 
• Yarrow Rose 
• Petals 
• Plantain Leaf

Makes approx. 4 baths

Directions:

1. Bring 2 quarts water to a boil in a pot on your stove top
2. Turn off heat and place 1/2 oz by weight (1/4 of the bag) of herb mix into water
3. Allow to steep for 20-30 minutes
4. Strain out herbs and use as desired:
   1. Place into a peri-bottle and spray directly onto affected tissue
   2. Put into a small tub and add more warm water and then sit in water
   3. Add to a bath for full body soaking
